(W)HOLISTIC WELLNESSPROGRAM - BIBLE CELL

The Parish Bible Cell organised a seminar titled (W)holistic Wellness on Sunday 30th July for our Sr. Citizens. Eminent speaker Mr. Biju Dominic, Chairman and Co-founder of FinalMile Consulting, Mumbai was the chief speaker on the subject of general well-being, along with our very own parishioners Mr. George Varghese on Spiritual well-being and Dr. Stephenson Christhose on physical well-being. The key points covered by each speaker emphasised the importance of our physical, spiritual, and general well-being. It allowed parishioners to embrace a holistic approach to their health. A Q&A session was also useful to clear doubts and questions. The program was followed by a vote of thanks. Many of the 50 participants were happy to also briefly interact and wish Mr. Biju for sharing his expertise.
